I was in a situation where I needed to get my current home sold quickly in Long Beach in order to purchase another home in Mission Viejo and was concerned about how to coordinate the timing of the closings so that I wouldn't have to move out and rent while in escrow with my next property. Lenny was very professional and gave me great advice about how to properly stage and price my home in order to generate offers quickly. As soon as my home was put on the MLS, I had 5 offers within one week and he was able to negotiate and I accepted an offer that was $10k over the asking price! I had no idea a home could get sold and in escrow that quickly since other homes on my block had been on the market for weeks and even months! Lenny was able to negotiate a leaseback from the buyer so that I could rent my Long Beach home while waiting for escrow to close on my new home in Mission Viejo, which relieved a lot of the stress of thinking I may have to move twice! Not only did Lenny do an amazing job with the negotiations on my Long Beach home, he got my offer accepted in Mission Viejo where there were multiple offers on the table, as well as come in below the asking price! As far as financing options, Lenny was also a great resource since he said he was also a Mortgage Broker and was very knowledgeable about the various options and loan products available to me. I would highly recommend his services to anybody looking to buy or sell! I will certainly call Lenny again as I'm considering purchasing investment properties in the near future!
