Used Lenny to buy and sell out house, When we purchased it the item that were given to our seller by the FHA inspector were not all completed, He talked us into not worrying about it. We pretty easy going so did so. When it came time to list the house really thought with all of the updates and work we put into the house it would have been listed higher. Talked us into a price he knew would move fast and it did since it was 30k lower than appraisal. Can't believe someone else walked into 30k equity for my hard work. Way more to the story but being thoroughly disappointed is an understatement!
