I was the buyer and she my agent. Ms. Setzermann was nothing but the best at everything. On several purchase projects, she was my agent able to quickly discovery the property details with a remarkable understanding of disclosure statements, complete with a recommendation of what the remedial costs might be down the line, and recommended how best take advantage of the information. She was great dealing with other agents gaining great insights in how to craft a suitable purchase offer. She is honest, direct, and refreshingly not afraid to be blunt when necessary and always did as directed once the time for discussions was over and it was time to act. She was quite simply, terrific, my only regret was sealing the purchase deal because we stopped working together. I look forward to some day working with her again...

Lena is a very responsive person. It was a pleasure working with her. I would recommend my friend/family to Lena if they are looking. Even though we didnt look at a lot of houses together but i'm sure she will take out the time to show it to me at my convenient.
