Lena was fantastic! I’m a military member that didn’t have a whole lot of time to look at houses before moving. Lena took videos and did video calls so we could refine what we were looking for, then helped us find the perfect lake house! She still checks in to see how things are going and went above and beyond to make sure the sale was smooth. Highly recommend!
Lena is passionate, well connected, and extremely knowable about the market and local area. I first met Lena in 2015 when our sons played little league together. Through that connection of cheering all the babies on, she got me my first job in the area after struggling to find work for 5 years. She connected me with a cleaning company where I cleaned vacation rentals seasonally in the hours I wanted. It was extremely reliable and always paid on time. Through the years I’ve reached out a few times with repair questions. Always within the hour Lena has replied ‘I know a guy! Went to______ with him! Great work.’ The connections she has provided over the years have always been reliable and trustworthy. In 2024, in the final stages of my *cough* high conflict divorce, Lena stepped in to help me sell the marital home. She proved herself yet again, taking the brunt of the ‘high conflict’ and setting people straight. She brought a great offer to the table and handled all the particulars of that sale, closing ahead of time. She helped me find new place to buy. Pointing out things to consider along the way that a newly single, stressed out mom, and full time college student wouldn’t necessarily think of until well after the fact. She negotiated a great deal on a new property. When other parties slacked she was not afraid to step up and take on additional work to ensure we closed on time with all repairs completed. Through this all she has become a great friend and continues to prove she is well connected and dependable.
Lena was amazing to work with. We had a few obstacles to overcome and she made the process beyond easy for us, while keeping my anxiety at bay. She was super patient and calming through the buying process, helping us find our slice of paradise. Highly recommend!!
Lena did an outstanding job at finding us the home that satisfied our needs. It took more than a year, and she never gave up on us. She was extremely pleasant to work with and she was very knowledgeable of local markets, both housing and condo. We would recommend her to anyone who was needing a knowledgeable local realtor.
