Working with Mrs. Cooper was beyond the greatest. She has a big heart and loves the work that she does. I am a very picky person. She was always very professional. She gave me hope when I was ready to give up. She was always positive and honest even when I was negative and grumpy at times. She made sure that me and my daughter were comfortable and happy. She was always easily accessible and accommodated to my needs. I was never displeased with any of her services. She would meet with me at all hours to show me houses or even just to go over questions or any information regarding my search. She kept me informed of every process and every step. She took her time with me and she never gave up on me. She made me feel like me and my daughter were the most important people in the world and she made us feel like she wanted nothing but happiness for us. We absolutely love this lady and have recommended her to many others that are interested in buying a home. She makes the best cupcakes and she still checks in on us to make sure that everything is going well with our new home. I can not give Mrs. Cooper the praise that she deserves.
