I have known Lenny for more than 10 years ourside of him being a realestate agent. I have never had the need for a realestate agent until now. When i first approached Len about selling my house he immediately came to see the property. Looked everything over made a few suggestions. As soon as he got home he started sending me comps in the surrounding area and did this a few times a week along with Zoom meetings. As showings took place he kept me well informed right after the showings. He would evaluate the situation and gave his suggestions. I trusted him that much and went with his suggestions. When we finally had someone bid on the house there were some decisions i had to make and again Len gave me his suggestions and let me know he would stand by my decision. Again the trust factor came into play and i trusted Lens evaluation. We finally went to settlement and it went well. I am very pleased with the entire experience. Len is a class act and i would positively use him again in the future.
