In the first day of calling Leila I had already had my credit check done down payment figured out and was shopping for a potential home to purchase! Everyone talks about how long and stressful going through this process as well as escrow was for them and I was pretty nervous about the whole thing, Leila assured me everything was going to work out perfectly and it did! We went to see 2 houses the second one is the one I submitted my offer on and it was accepted and over with in a matter of a few weeks! The only reason it took that long was because Leila made sure to have the new to me property converted to the main sewer line rather than the septic tank it was operated off of previously (at the original owners expense!!) 5 stars!
