Selling a home is already a tricky process. Selling it while losing a parent and moving the other into assisted living is beyond difficult. She helped us navigate the estate sale and the reconditioning of the property, giving us the space to deal with the difficult stuff. Leiha started as our realtor and has become like family to us. With the cost of assisted living, the work she did secured a sale at $45,000 over asking price adding space to the assisted living budget. You cannot put a valuation on professionalism of this level. Not only are we extremely happy, but forever grateful as well.

If I could give Leiha 6 stars, I would. She was very knowledgeable and articulate when explaining timelines and “next steps”. She assisted in every aspect of the sale and took personal care like it was her own home. She provided options and recommendations based on years of experience in real estate. Additionally, she assisted in finding and researching rental homes and I was able to move in in two weeks. Great overall experience and personal care was greatly appreciated!
