Leigh is a phenomenal realtor and was a complete joy to work with. She communicates quickly, is transparent, and doesn't beat around the bush. She gets things done and worked hard to get our house sold - which she did in four days! We cannot recommend Leigh enough, and would absolutely work with her again in the future.

At the end of the sale, many things were happening, the appraisal coming in tidewater, sellers needing more time, us needing less time. She was able to get a perfect balance of closing time along with saving us thousands of dollars, paying only $250 at closing as the buyer.
