It would be hard for me to tell you without writing an essay all the ways Leigh Shobe helped me when selling my parents' home in Richmond while I lived out of state. Leigh was brilliant when it came to prepping, staging, and showing my parents' house, and her strategy for marketing the house produced multiple offers well over asking price. More than that, Leigh was always aware that this was an emotional time for me, and she never made me feel rushed even as she was advising me the best time to list the house. On top of that, there were so many things that needed to be done - from scheduling painters, plumbers, movers, repairmen - and Leigh met with all of them, yes, ALL of them, on my behalf since I lived out of state. Often she was going by the house multiple times a day, day after day. And because Leigh grew up in Richmond, she is knowledgable as to the best people to call.
