Leigh was an absolute pleasure to work with. She is knowledgeable, responsive, and truly cares about her clients. We were not familiar with the area but Leigh is a lifetime resident and knew the area well putting our minds at ease. From start to finish, Leigh made the entire process smooth and stress-free, always keeping us informed and confident in every decision. Her professionalism and attention to detail really set her apart. We couldn't be happier with the experience and would highly recommend Leigh to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

She was the epitome of professionalism and knowledge in the journey to our forever home! We are so grateful for her time and guidance. Best realtor ever!!

Leigh is by far the best agent this deal became difficult and she was the voice of reason and fought for us until the end

Works hard to find the perfect property and carries you through the whole process with ease!

I have worked with Leigh for past 7 years and done multiple deals. She is very thorough and has great knowledge of the real estate market. She is always available and goes all the way to help her clients.

Leigh was outstanding I would not have been able to by this property without her she was amazing every step of the way

Ask her anything about the property and she gives advice based on making the seller and buyer comfortable with the experience!

Leigh helped us navigate the crazy market and the whole process to sell at the highest and buy our new home at the lowest!! When there were last minute changes and updates she pounced on the issue and resolved it or informed us on the proper next steps. We peppered her with many questions and she was always receptive, available, and knowledgeable to provide answers and propose solutions. Her knowledge of the area and the local market as a veteran of the region makes you wonder why would anyone choose an out of area realtor to deal with. She is a Super Agent, and has a solid team in ENC Pirate Realty to rely on when needed.

Excellent knowledge of the area and fast response to emails and texts. Communicates clearly and honestly. Good network of other professionals to assist with specific concerns and changes that would be potentially made to properties or maintenance issues that would occur. Personable and friendly, a joy to work with.
