Leigh helped the reviewer buy this property

Great Agent

Virginia Halter was excellent in supporting us. We were recommended to the Leigh Brown Agency by our beach home realtor. We moved from the NC coast to Rock Hill, SC. Virginia was flawless in helping us identify good properties to review and was exceptional and professional in all aspects of the process. Importantly she showed any property and was honest in her own evaluations on things that needed to be checked, or had historically been problems in some areas. When you don’t know anything about your next home this type of support is special. She was thorough in every each aspect of the buying process and in utility set-ups, all of it for an incredibally smoothie and enjoyable process. I have no problem recommending Virginia. In my experience of purchasing over 10 homes, she is among the best I have ever had the pleasure to work with.
