We had been getting email updates from Leigh for for years on the housing market trend for our zip. Don't know when it started. When it was time to pick a realtor we started here. Lee is unique not only for her knowledge of the situation but her cadre of competent and professional people she works with. Everyone she recommended was the right call. That took years of trustful relationships that we were the beneficiary of. Great duos in history (Batman & Robin, Cisco Kid & Pancho, Leigh & Kayla) Kayla was so thorough in every interaction we had and a willingness to help beyond the call, Thanks again for a great transition

Erica was great from start to finish. She was very knowledgeable on all the aspects of the housing market. She was able to get more for selling our house than we thought possible. With her great personalty she made it real easy to ask any question and for sure she had the answers. I would advise anyone to use her.

We were very lucky to have Leigh recommended to us all the way from a friend in RI! She was very patient with all our questions as first time home buyers, incredibly educated and experienced in the market and home buying process, and very easy/quick to communicate with. She also provided us with excellent referrals to contractors, insurance agents, lenders...you name it! We'd highly recommend her!!

We worked with Virginia Halter as our realtor and Kayla Fetters as our closing coordinator and both were fantastic!! Kayla was always available to answer questions or reach out to the necessary parties. Virginia worked with us on our very short deadline. She coordinated all of our tours, offers, and communications in a professional and timely manner. As first time home-buyers, we had a lot of questions and Virginia was ready to answer them all. She was honest, fair, and someone we will recommend to EVERYONE.

She was WONDERFUL. Could not have asked for a better realtor.

Virginia understood the requirement of clients quite well and she is very patient and professional.

Leigh is a Local professional who knows the area very well. She is always helpful and calls with her were Very valuable.

We had a wonderful experience with Leigh's team, specifically Virginia. She made buying a home from 600 miles away with 3 young kids painless. Great communication and very knowledgeable. We will definitely recommend and use again in the future.

Virginia was knowledgeable in an area where I had very little wisdom (real estate)

Leigh Brown is very efficient at her job. When we meet with her the first time she was very knowledgeable of what the property would be worth and what our asking price should be. Leigh was always available with questions we had and her advice meant a lot to us. I would highly recommend Leigh and her wonderful team, Kayla, if you are buying or selling.

Leigh maintained good communication throughout the process.

Leigh's team ranks very high when I compare my experience with other realtors. The whole team from Leigh to her office staff was a joy to work with. They all were very responsive, timely on their communications and showed real care for you and your needs. My NC home was vacant, I couldn't take care of it and I was very concerned about it, however, I quickly realized that I could trust Leigh on caring for the home and she did. The people Leigh recommended to do some upgrades and repairs completed the work on time, were efficient and the workmanship of their work was great. Thank you for everything. I wish you were in CA so I could use your services on my next purchase.
