Miracles Do Happen

We needed an experienced Realtor when looking for a vacation home in Florida. We were referred to Realtor Leigh Anne Rodgers by a dear friend. Having been a Realtor myself for over 25 years it was imperative that we have complete trust in our agent when buying property 900 miles from home. We knew from our first phone conversation with Leigh Anne that we were dealing with a true professional. She knew exactly what questions to ask to determine our needs, wants, and budget and she answered every question we had along the way. Our list of must haves was lengthy and Leigh Anne was forthright in stating that "It might take a miracle to find everything we were asking for, but she would do her best." And that she did! She began sending us property listings daily that best fit our requirements and several looked promising. We made the trip down to meet Leigh Anne and view the properties. They were really nice, but not 'the one'. A few days after we returned home my husband drew my attention to a brand new listing that Leigh Anne had sent us that morning. He said, "It just might be perfect." He was right! It had every single thing we had asked for and more. I called Leigh Anne in a panic! We had just returned home and this property would surely be sold by the time we could make another trip from KY to FL. In her professional Leigh Anne style she said, "No problem". (The property is 2 hours from her office so "her best" was amazing!) She made an appt. for a virtual showing for the very next morning and she showed us every last detail of the property, inside and out. And we loved it! She wrote up our contract, got it accepted, walked us through all the financials, and had our closing set and done in less than 30 days from start to finish. We never thought we would buy a vacation home having never stepped foot on the property. When you have the right Realtor; you can do it with total confidence! We can't thank Leigh Anne enough! She's an Ace!
