I cannot say enough good things about Leigh Ann. We worked with her in the process to purchase our home and she was great along every step of the way. She helped us find the perfect home that met all of our requirements and made sure we were listened to. It truly felt like searching for a home with someone that cared about us and our needs as people and not just a transaction. We have and will continue to recommend her to people we know looking in the Oak Park area.

We worked with Leigh Ann to buy and sell and she is simply, the best. We looked at houses on and off for years and she took the time to get to know us, what we were looking for, hand-picking listings she thought we might like and was always ready to show us the homes we wanted to see, sometimes multiple times. When we finally found the home we bought, we had to see it several times, ask for lots of details, ask for lots of advice and no matter what we needed, she was patient, enthusiastic and never pushy or "salesy" which was very important to us. She is genuine, accessible, knowledgable and just a fun person to spend hours with looking at houses. We spent countless hours together and after our process was over, I missed spending time with her! When we sold our home, she and her team were equally as helpful and easy to work with. They helped us figure out the staging and brought in some of their own pieces to make sure the house showed beautifully to prospective buyers. They provided advice on paint colors and the rooms that needed some TLC and the rooms that did not - they are a full-service team that will help as much or as little as the client wants - we needed a lot of advice on decisions regarding where to spend our budget and for this, we were so thankful. I cannot recommend Leigh Ann and the Hughes Home Team enough - I have 100% confidence that she/they are the best around!

The breadth of Leigh Ann’s knowledge in real estate and business both, coupled with her warm personality make her the perfect choice for anyone’s real estate needs. She goes above and beyond for her clients, and truly seems to gain personal satisfaction from representing her sellers and also finding the perfect match for buyers.
