My wife and I couldn’t be happier with this whole process. We contacted Leif because he had sold our neighbor’s house about a year ago, so we knew he understood our neighborhood. He drummed up a lot of interest and we had multiple offers despite rising interest rates, and were off the market in under a week from listing. He helped negotiate a needed rent back with the offer we accepted too. Following the offer, he continued to support us and guide us to closing on schedule. We will be referring Leif to all of our friends and family, he’s the best person to sell a home.
