We met Lehanna almost 2 years ago in search of a home. Right off the bat she was very professional, courteous, diligent and helpful. As a wife and mother of two of course she is very busy, however somehow Lehanna made us feel like we were her only customer and would go above and beyond to show us homes. Unfortunate circumstances on my end forced our search to pause for almost a year. During that time Lehanna never stopped communication with us, keeping us informed on the current market and wishing us the best of luck. Once things cleared up and we were ready to buy again,Lehanna was right back to it! Aggressively helping us search and look at homes until we finally found our dream home! Buying a home can be very stressful especially under difficult circumstances like we were in but Lehanna was there every step of the way. She made it a low stress, exciting and enjoyable experience that I will never forget. Lehanna was the consummate professional and the most personally attentive person at the same time, which made us feel like we were a high priority to her and that we were always taken care of. Since we live in Arkansas, we had to trust and rely on Lehanna to do so much of the leg work for us. Lehanna was prompt, kind, eager and so knowledgeable of the area. Lehanna never made us feel like we were imposing on her with our countless questions and requests. Lehanna kept going the extra mile from start to finish. I would embarrass her if I started to list all of the above and beyond things that she has done for us, but please know how thankful we chose you as our realtor. If you are evaluating realtors, the good news is there are a lot of good realtors in the 30A cooridor. But there are very few great realtors and Lehanna is among the few.

Lehanna was referred to me by a friend of mine that she helped also. I am so glad she did! Lehanna had patience with me thru the buying process and went above and beyond helping me while buying a condo in a different state that I had only seen in pictures. She fought for me when needed with the sellers, she answered every question and if didn’t have answer she found it. She tracked down things from the HOA to expedite a process when that was clearly not her job. She also showed up upon move in with a bucket of bleach, a mop, and a hug when a contractor left a door open and my unit was sweated out and had mold on the floors. What agent does that? She is literally still there checking on me 3 months after we closed. I have never had any agent so thorough in my almost 10 property buying experiences.
