Leeza went above and beyond every step of the process from listing to closing! After we agreed to list with her she had someone out the next day to take pictures and it was on the market that weekend. She held an open house the entire weekend. She communicated with us daily on our offers and eventually in communicating with our buyers agent. We would have listed at a lower price if not for her suggestion of going higher... and we received a full price offer! She was there for inspection and appraisal and to walk us through all the results and paperwork along the way. This was a quick move and many things could have caused a bump in the road. But we feel Leeza was the reason it was one on the easiest sales we have been through. I would absolutely recommend Leeza Aaron on you next home sale (or buy).
