The sale of my home turned out to be complicated due to a roof issue which required a sigh off from a structural engineer. LeEtta was fabulous throughout the tension packed escrow process. She found the structural engineer, coordinated the necessary process to get the certification, and even found a plumber at the last minute when my air conditioner went down. She had to peel me down from the ceiling several times when things got tough, and without her patience, knowledge and people skills, our escrow would have never closed.
