Leeayn handled what I would term a 'remote sale' of my house in Huntington Beach. Since I live quite a distance from the property, I could not do any hands on work with her or on the house. She coordinated literally everything in getting the house ready for sale as well as communicating with potential buyers. She did a fantastic job in dealing with the escrow company as well.
