I've known Lee for many years. We actually worked together for about 9 years. After seeing his attention to detail and how he was always willing to go the extra mile, I always knew if I ever sold my house, he would be my agent. Lee has been on the island many years and fully understands the Maui market. He is meticulous in his record keeping and even copies of every document for you to keep as well. He always showed up on time, did numerous open houses and provided feedback. He suggested we do a pre-inspection which allowed us to address any issues before buyers even came to see the house. We were able to be up front with potential buyers about what we'd already fixed and what we were still working on. It gave me a feeling of confidence knowing that he had everything under control.
