We left the house empty in late July. He encountered a hurricane and closed the shutters and opened performed. The preparation for that required screening to be removed and later replaced. Lee had that done and paid out of pocket, which I had to remind him of. He also contracted, with my permission, a roofer for appropriate repairs. Following a windstorm, he cleaned up the debris around the house. I always felt he had our best interests at heart. He was very professional in every aspect of our relationship. He is an avid communicator by any means; internet, cellphone, landline, and even our daughter's electronics when unable to reach us. I will recommend him to all I know who are looking for an agent!
