Selling a home is very stressful and it could also drag depending on the house market. I must say that if it wasn't for our Real Estate Agent Lee O'Malley, everything would have been total chaos. Not only did he explained everything step by step but he also was with us through every step we took. He truly became my friend that I can trust. Not only did he help us prepare the house in Prospect Park, Delaware County to a wonderful open house (which was a cold and rainy day), but he also made sure that everything went smooth for us. He was able to advertise so well for the open house, that we received 4 offers by the end of the weekend. Our house sold in just a few weeks of posting on the market.
