I met Lee in March of 2025. I knew right from the start that he was someone I could trust to sell my house in NJ and buy a condo here in PA that I would love. We got along so well! He answered all of my texts immediately. I knew that I made the right decision by having him sell my house for me. The process went very well because of his professionalism and care. Lee did his research to set an accurate price to sell my house in NJ. Lee advised on what I should do to get the house ready for the open house. I listened to all of his suggestions and it worked to fill the house on a very rainy day with potential buyers. The open house exceeded all of my expectations. The lighting, music, refreshments brought the potential buyers in and it was a huge success! We had some sticky situations with repairs that frayed on my nerves and the buyer’s nerves. Lee knew how to keep my head clear and let the process run its course. Lee also was my realtor to buy a condo here in PA. He knew I wanted to be within 15-20 minutes from my daughter. I researched the communities that suited my needs. Lee helped me find an air B&B in the area after I moved out of the house in NJ. It was a lovely transitional space! I found a place that I loved. There were a few mishaps with repairs that the seller was not willing to do initially. Lee stuck to his plan and we didn’t budge. The seller came through with repair money that we had negotiated. I moved in September. I have made a few improvements with a contractor that Lee recommended to me. I have a great part-time job nearby, I have made a few friends in the condo community, and I joined a gym in town and hiking club. It truly is a great home! I have Lee O’Malley to thank for my wonderful new life here in PA!
