We've been in our new home for 5 months now, and in hindsight I can honestly say that Lee McKinney is the best realtor we have ever worked with. She was instrumental in the sale of our previous home and in locating, securing and finalizing the purchase of our new home. She listened to our concerns and desires, and provided excellent advice and direction. She also assisted with professional recommendations to help us achieve our goals in making this transition. I should also add that the partners at Aberdeen Fine Properties worked very well together in support of the entire process. With Lee's guidance we were able to sell our home after receiving several offers in just the first two days of listing. We took her advice on some minor improvements and it really helped make the home perfect for the buyers. Even after closing we've been assured by the buyers that they are so happy with the house. That really gives us the peace of mind that we did the right thing. Regarding the purchase of our new home, again, I can't say enough about Lee's abilities and willingness to do what it takes to make the process as smooth as possible.
