What a great experience we had with the Packs. Dale drove us around everywhere to find just the right house. When we found that perfect house, we put a slightly lower offer in. LeAnn walks into the house and says I would have listed it higher and they will come back asking for a full price offer. She was right and they had us waiting when the buyer came in so we could immediately sign the papers accepting the full price. (There were multiple offers at the time). Closing went smoothly and timely. Thanks to them we have lived in our wonderful house for over 20 years. I would definitely recommend them. In fact my mom and brother both used LeeAnn and were both very happy.
