Lee Ann was very knowledgeable on the housing market in the area. We had the first few offers come in within the first week. She knew exactly what to ask for the home. She made the time for me and change her schedule base on my situation and travel plans, so we had to get the paper work done very quickly before leaving town. Even after the house was pending the sale/closure, she was a very great resource on providing me with local businesses to get the house ready for closure. She kept me informed every step of the way until the end. Also, she went out of her way and provided me a ride when I needed it. I would definitely use Lee Ann on any future Real Estate transactions.

We are pleased with our sale of our home. We do feel that LeeAnn leans toward the buyer more than the seller. Our first opportunity did not have the down payment we were told she had.
