Lee was a dual agent, assisting me in buying a beautiful home on little Badin Lake. Seller was a bit difficult to deal with, and was not a man of his word. Many lessons learned personally. However, Lee was very professional, and went above and beyond, in smoothing over many bumps in the road. He was always easy to contact, answered questions, and obtained replies, etc, and in quick fashion. He handled all paperwork electronically, which was quite convenient, and saved lots of driving. There were more instances of "going above and beyond," which I will leave unsaid, but suffice it to say, he did something unexpected, and when I questioned why he did it... He replied " I just want to get you guys a deal done, that all will be satisfied with." I will mention one final example...nearing the final discussions, we were told some certain furniture would remain, however, just prior to closing, I found out, it had been taken by sellers and sold. This was my lesson learned, as nothing was put in writing, as it should have been, or no recorded conversation. I took a man at his word, but found out that isn't so honorable apparently, in the world today. Anyway, Lee, having heard the conversation the way I heard it, surprised us recently, with a furniture delivery, (out of his own pocket) that was in much better shape than what was taken. The closing had long since been over, and we had moved on. I don't think excellent customer service, and integrity, are the norm in today's world, but Team Allen, proved otherwise.
