Leda had great communication and professionalism. Her market knowledge was excellent, and her market knowledge was second to none. She did a great job with relaying her expertise to us, while always allowing us to make sure we were comfortable. She was the best realtor we have had yet. Highly recommend her, she's a pleasure to work with.
She really is in it for you. She accommodates every reasonable request, and in my case some unreasonable. She doesn't quit and works hard to make the process as painless and as quick possible. Its already stressful to buy or sell a home, Leda cuts that stress in half or more
Leda was always quick to respond and help with any questions we had when it came to buying the house and everything that went into it. With it being our first home, Leda understood that and always went above and beyond to help meet our wants.
Very easy to speak with, knows all areas of Birmingham - especially Hoover, caring and considerate of time / scheduling.
Thank you so much Leda for getting me in my dream home so fast and flawless.. You helped me so much and getting everything together and everything repaired everything done right and then I’m going through these processes I feel overconfident that God brought us together for this perfect transaction ..thank you so much Leda .. You rock immensely
