We first met Leanne Noble in 2004 when she found us our perfect home. Since then I recommended her to help my brother buy his perfect home. This year she sold my parent's home. She is very experienced and knows the area so well! She is very thorough and knows her business. She did all she could to market the home well and get is as much exposure to sell it as quickly as possible. And she made sure we had a well qualified buyer so that the transaction would go smoothly. That is the opposite of a typical sales person. So, when it was time to list this home, there was no question as to who would be our listing agent. She takes care of everything in a very timely manner. She keeps on top of all the necessary inspections and appointments, etc. With all the legalities involved in buying or selling a home, it is so important to work with an experienced and trust-worthy, experienced realtor.
