We had previously put our home on the market several years back and had communication issues with our prior realtor so we were very upfront from the beginning that communication was important to us. LeAnne was responsive to all of our questions (via email or text, day and night) and always offered good insight. She collaborates with an individual on the lender side (Tim Dineen from New Penn Financial) and they are such a great team! LeAnne also has relationships with several vendors which we used. These individuals were always courteous, professional and attentive. LeAnne has so many great qualities that we wanted in a realtor… LeAnne never came across as having her own agenda – we never felt that our budget was being stretched, that our needs weren’t being heard or that we were being pushed into a home that didn’t fit what we wanted for our family. She was ALWAYS aware of our price point limit – she never sent us a home to view that was even $1 over the initial value we set at our first meeting. LeAnne also actively researched the current inventory as well up and coming real estate through social media outlets. We received several listings that were “coming soon” and were able to get advance insight into these homes. LeAnne also works with the Homes for Heroes program which saved us money on the sale and purchase of our homes. LeAnne is also extremely familiar with the NoVA area, recommending certain areas that had attributes that we listed as “must haves” for our new home. She also has good relationships with several other realtors or, if she wasn’t previously familiar with the individual, her communications with them were always professional. The home buying and selling process with LeAnne was always positive.

LeAnne was great to work with. She was an expert in the Crestbrook market in Herndon and knew potential buyers for a house like mine. She focused on marketing activities and I had a solid contract by the 3rd day and we closed within 30 days. We had some unexpected issues with the home inspection but LeAnne had the contractors who could swiftly resolve the issues without delaying the closing.

She is very tech-savvy and offered awesome marketing tools (drone video for example!) and access to social media that I believe are critical to sell a home in today's market.
