I've sold two properties with the help of Heighten Realty's broker, Leanna Rivera. She was a pro from start to finish. Leanna provided a clear market analysis upfront before I signed both listing agreements. She helped me navigate multiple pricing options to determine the best outcome for each situation. One sale was a primary residence with contingencies for other sales making the process very complicated. She handled it with ease. The other sale was a condo unit that was renter occupied. I wanted to sell quickly with minimal disruption to the tenant. Leanna coordinated with the tenant, a property management company I employed, the buyers agent, and the title company. My part was simply collecting documentation and signing papers. We reached an offer and agreement within days of listing and closed within 30 days. Leanna brought the closing documents to my house for signature and returned after closing with a check.
