Leanna was so amazing. She encouraged us to meet with her and her lender long before we thought we were ready, just to make sure everything was in order and we had a clear plan. I saw my dream house listed (months before we were going to seriously start looking), and decided to check out the open house that Saturday for fun. We fell absolutely in love, and called Leanna and she assured us we could put together a strong offer and submit that Monday. We were so nervous, this was happening so fast, but Leanna was our rock through the whole process. Since we had already gathered our info for the meeting with her lender, we had all of our paperwork in order, and she met with us that Sunday to put together the offer. We were impressed with her direct and professional communication throughout the process. We put in the offer Monday and on Tuesday got the news that they accepted our offer! In just days she made it all happen. She was there every step of the way, from the inspections, to the loan signings. Whenever there was an issue, she quickly addressed it. Even after moving in, she was available to answer questions and help us in any way possible. We are so lucky we had her, and I think we'd still be renting if it weren't for her guidance and engagement. Months later, and we still wake up in awe of the home we own, and it's all thanks to Leanna's hard work and experience. You know from the moment you meet her that she loves her job and puts her heart and soul into it for her clients.
