Leah made the whole experience so easy! She took care of so many details that I didn't have to. Everything from clearing out the house to getting it cleaned and ready to show. The house was in the city of Minneapolis, so there are many more rules to be followed versus a suburban sale. Leah was well-versed on the nuances of selling in the city and prepared me for the things that needed to be dealt with. Closing went off without a hitch. I would work with Leah again in a heartbeat!!

During our time working with Leah she went above and beyond time after time. Leah helped us find and purchase the perfect home for our plans to open an adult foster home. It was a new construction home in MN that was in the process of being built while we lived in WI. Throughout the months-long process, Leah went to the home weekly taking videos and pictures for us without us asking her to. Leah always made time to chat with us and answer questions. Extremely professional. Leah is a shark in the real estate business. She cares more about you than the sale/purchase. She could sense that I was having anxiety after an inspection was performed on a potential home, instead of pushing me to close she knew this wasn’t the one and ensured me that this happens all the time and we should continue looking.
