Leah proved to be the best selection of agents for this family home that needed to be sold due to our family member's passing. I live in NY and the house was in Kissimmee FL and I needed a person who could pivot instantaneously was needed. Leah was the star in this sale. We had hurdles at every turn, the first buyer didn't qualify, she re-listed moments later. Then, we needed to select appliances, repair small things for FHA consideration - and the list kept growing, one bank wouldn't respond that was the buyers preference so Leah pivoted them to a lender she trusted and voila! The final hurdle was a 40-year-old oil tank in the ground that needed to be drained and removed last minute. Leah worked a miracle and found a company to do it the next day which enabled the house to close days later. Leah truly is the person who can make a sale happen. She was graciously fierce and wasn't deterred - she broke through all obstacles. Wish I had another 10 properties to list - she would be my person any day! You can't go wrong with Leah - she has the resources, is totally ethical, works with Probate situations (which ours was) and she even said little prayers along the way - angels answered.
