If there is a house that you really want to buy, go with Ivy because she will put in 100% effort to make sure you get that home. She is experienced, fast, and efficient. I had worked with other realtors, I could not even get a counter offer on some of the houses but it was different with Ivy. I highly recommend. She is personable and knowledgeable.
