Great agent and negotiator

We were first time homebuyers and initially were very new to the process, stressed, worried, and cautious about everything. Working with Leah was easy - she explained a lot of the process of what goes into buying a first home, answered all of our questions, managed our expectations during the negotiation process, and did her best to calm our nerves through it all. Leah was able to negotiate a credit for us even though the seller had firmly told us in the beginning that the home was being sold "as is".
