Leah was an awesome agent helping us to find our beautiful ranch house with a full of roses and citrus garden. Everything from signing a contract to closing documents went flawlessly. We were able to measure and plan out the remodeling with our designer prior to closing since she arranged several entries of property with the seller. About 3 months after the closing, we found a roof leakage on the heavy raining day and she communicated with the seller and they agreed to repair the roof right away on their expense.
