Leah was really helpful working through the sale of my property. I really appreciate. Her advice on what to improve, price, timing, offers made the sale much easier. She also did a great job staging the house, and finding cleaners. It helped make sure the house was in pristine shape for showing when I was remote. At the end of it we sold the house for $15K over list and she was there to negotiate the sale price far better than I could have done myself. Very grateful to have teamed with her.
