Leah was fast and efficient at getting our house listed. We had the nicest sign in the yard, which I know doesn’t sound like much, but with multiple listings in our neighborhood it made it stand out. She was also able to work with the appraiser to get the appraisal up to full asking price. We closed on time with no issues. Highly recommend!

I put my house on the market on Friday and had a contract that ended up going through to close by the next Sunday. That was 2 days.
