I can only express my experience with Lea Ann as above expectations, she was very patience during a stressful time I have been going through, along with a time restraint. I know she put in a lot of time working for me, other than the time she was with me showing me houses. She must have put many hours behind the seen doing research on locations and cost, travel time and noise pollution in regards to being too close to LAFB, among several other careful details she took care of. I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a solid realtor. I can only imagine being a realtor is a hard stressful job. During the buying process she was tenacious with ensuring we got a fair deal, the house met our standards of repair and ensured the closing was exact. Couldn’t ask for a better agent.
