After almost 20 years of experience in Psychology, she understands that the home selling process can be emotionally taxing. Le harnesses those emotions and helps the clients work together through the process--from the pre-listing stage of planning and coordinating to the final stage of successfully closing a deal.
Having co-owned two franchise businesses, Le also acknowledges the numerous steps in the process that require attention to detail so nothing is left undone at the closing table. From the contract to the inspection, negotiation and beyond, these details can lead to a highly satisfied client at closing or a disappointed seller whose net proceeds have been compromised because their agent did not represent them well.
Le became a full-time Realtor in 2016. She has since earned the designation of Certified Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) and Certified Luxury Listing Specialist. Le strives to go above and beyond to serve her clients looking for luxury real estate. As a seller’s agent, Le knows the winning trio: the right price, the right marketing, and the right agent to be the most effective at selling for the maximum price. She is aggressive and unconventional, going out of her way to ensure each house she sells is presented in the best light possible.
