We were purchasing our first home and were referred to L.C. Nino by our landlord, and we’re very happy we took his advice. Things I liked best 1) explanation of the process, including estimates on how long certain things take 2) communication: quick to respond, even if it was “I’m not sure, let me check” and would follow up with a check in when information was slow coming 3) they gave us information on comprobable properties in the area, based on that and our budget we told them what we’d like to pay, and they got us the price!
