Layna’s longstanding career has been shaped by focusing on her client’s needs, treating them like family, and patiently guiding them through each crucial step of the process. Layna is a Realtor and a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), with unmatched negotiation skills, over 20 years in the industry, and an eye for staging. She is also the real estate specialist for properties with water wells and their systems. Layna works with residential, new construction, and commercial clients throughout the Cache Valley, Bear Lake, and Wasatch Front areas.
Layna loves helping people as they make important and exciting decisions about their future; whether it’s helping them obtain top dollar as they sell, working diligently to find them the perfect place for the right price as they buy, or walking them through each step as they build. Layna has assisted hundreds of people turn their real estate desires into reality.
Layna’s positive attitude earned her the Ripple Effect Award. An award highlighting the agent who strives to take the team to the next level by positively motivating others to communicate more efficiently, be creative, and give back to the community. Layna served as a Board Member of the Utah Association of Realtors Legislative Committee, Habitat for Humanity, and New Agent Ethics Training committees.
Prior to becoming a Realtor, Layna gained valuable knowledge in the mortgage industry as a marketing director, and learned the ins and outs of the construction process as a co-owner in a construction company. Layna’s educational background is in Business Marketing and Writing.
Originally from Afton, Wyoming, Layna is proud to call Utah home. She loves the area and the people she gets to interact with daily. Layna says her life success is due to her better half; the most amazing man in the world, and their eight children with families of their own. Her favorite thing to do is anything with her family.
