I highly recommend Layla Guerrero. This was not an easy sale by any means but through it all Layla was professional, positive, and transparent. She kept me well informed about the situation. After negotiating better terms from the original buyer, she felt that their agent was not being forthcoming about their ability to secure the loan. Layla told me that we needed to put them on notice to perform and cancel the contract if they failed to perform. I was a little reluctant at first but she convinced me that it was the best course of action to take. Not in a heavy-handed way, of course, but by patiently explaining the pros and cons of this situation. And was she ever right. Within a month we were in escrow with a cash buyer at nearly the original asking price! I will definitely use Layla again as my agent.
