I am so grateful I found Larry! I'm an out of town owner and he helped me list and sell my home quickly. Before meeting Larry I had several brokers/agents try to cheat me by at least 30K from the home's value. Larry is very professional and displayed integrity from day 1. He also assisted with bringing his teams to remove items left by the tenant, do a final clean, and install a new water heater (on a holiday weekend). I highly recommend Larry - he gets the job done in a timely manner and has the resources to save you money in the process.

Larry is a real estate agent in a million. If you can sell a property with a sitting tenant for an overseas client in the middle of a Covid pandemic, you must be a bit exceptional. This, Larry has just done. I am a UK resident with no knowledge of the US property market. Larry unraveled the seemingly impossible, providing outstanding help & advice throughout. This included liaising with the tenant, providing necessary referrals, guiding me through unfamiliar paperwork & overseeing transfer of the sale funds. The entire process was conducted by email, where Larry's response time was virtually instantaneous.
