I can honestly say that I wouldn’t be in my new home right now if it weren’t for Lawrence. Lawrence did a spectacular job and provided excellent customer service. He is attentive, communicative, professional, and gives his honest opinion when asked. He's quick to respond and does what he says he is going to do from the get-go. I am a finicky person when it comes to location and amenities which drew out my home search. Lawrence was persistent, understanding when I passed on a property, and stuck with me when I fell off the search wagon. He spent extra time working with me, got in contact and coordinated with people and services I needed to complete the purchase, and put extra effort into getting my requests and concerns resolved prior to closing.
