Lavonne Lopes, is the most knowledgeable and thorough real estate agent I've ever met. She's easy to get along with and friendly. Honest and straight to the point. She was always available to answer any questions. I had a wonderful experience working with Lavonne, and the closing of my now home. Would definitely recommend her to any one.

Lavonne was an unbelievable help in guiding us as first time home buyer's in a very competitive market. She was incredibly receptive in listening to what we were looking for, and in the end found us the perfect home that matched all of our criteria.

Lavonne was a dream realtor. She knew everything that I had to do to ensure my home would be in good shape for the open house. She gave me very specific direction to take each step of the way, not overwhelming me with details that I did not need but keeping me informed of what would happen next. Lavonne was calm and efficient throughout the process, knowing exactly how to manage the negotiations to fit the housing market. She was friendly and professional throughout and never made me feel that I was interrupting her day! I highly recommend Lavonne Lopes as she is the best in the business!

I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. If it wasn’t for Lavonne’s passion and drive, my family wouldn’t had the opportunity to find our first home. My family spent 50+ years in housing assistance and now time was of the essence to leave. Lavonne was patient, kept in constant contact with us and was ready with loads information that was needed and more. The best part is Lavonne was and is always following up with us to being first time homeowners. I highly recommend to have and only have Lavonne as your realtor!

I can’t say enough about this woman! We came to Lavonne and told her EXACTLY what we wanted and needed in our new home. From beginning to end she worked endlessly to make sure we were beyond satisfied with what we chose and that we would be happy even after closing. She kept us calm when things appeared to be hectic and made sure any potential issues were resolved expeditiously. Communication was beyond great, we were never left in the dark about anything. Even long after closing, she still checks in to make sure all is well. If we ever decide to buy again or even sell, Lavonne would be our realtor again. We don’t call her Team Elite for nothing.

Very caring, honest, knowledgeable and patient. She gives well thought out advice/recommendations based off of clients situations. I would love to work with her again in the future.

I was new to the area and was referred to Lavonne by a close friend. I relied heavily on Lavonne to educate me about the real estate market in RI and in turn, ended up purchasing a home that was exactly to my liking. Without asking, I knew that Lavonne was working in my best interest at all times. Even months after closing, Lavonne still keeps in touch. If you're looking for a hardworking and personable realtor with a humorous spirit, Lavonne is the one! Did I also mention how patient she is? You can't go wrong.

Lavon always shows professionalism and always maintain the current communication related to the market. She’s a very respectful young lady and it was a pleasure working with her.

e worked with Lavonne twice when purchasing & selling a home. Lavonne knows the real estate business through & through. She helps with questions as well as breaking down the steps from bids, inspections, to the sale, & everything in between. She’s direct, professional, & the quality of her work speaks for itself. She gets the job done! Lavonne was always available day & night, we’ve always felt like a priority when working with her. We will be working with her for a third time when we plan on purchasing a bigger home in the near future.

Lavonne provided a great experience with selling my condo. While I live across the country she was able to assure me my property would sell at my asking price. From the open house, working with my tenants on making the condo available for showings, and to handling minor repairs from the inspection, she did a great job with easing my nerves through the entire process. Thank you for your service!

Lavonne was recommended to us by another family member and we were drawn to her immediately. She was extremely resourceful and very knowledgeable in her field of work. From the very start, she endlessly advocated for us for months until she helped us to find our perfect home! She was always available to us, no matter the time of day. I loved that she maintained open communication with both my husband and I. Mostly, I appreciated her patience. It was a long and challenging journey trying to find a home that best suited us, and I appreciate the hard work, dedication, and professionalism displayed by Lavonne. We are both extremely grateful for all of her help. We will definitely refer her to our friends and family in the future!

Lavonne was great throughout the whole process. There were times I wanted to give up but she encouraged me to keep going. She is very knowledgeable and kept me at ease with her positive attitude. It was a stressful journey and I am happy that I chose her to go through the journey with. I trusted her with everything and she delivered!
