Lavenia is very professional and quite knowledgeable and resourceful in the real estate field. As a result of her high standards, my family and I felt extremely comfortable having her handle our real estate transaction. She did a marvelous job!

Lavinia worked very hard to help me find a new home that I'd been longing for within my price range. Lavinia even scored me a home warranty! She is a true professional and extremely easy to work with. Lavinia helped to make the confusing, rocky road of moving a smooth sailing ship. I could not recommend her enough. CALL HER NOW!

I had a special situation, that Lavinia navigated with ease. Lavinia was quick to answer any questions that arose and she acquired the best possible price for the sale of my prior residence and worked very hard to help me find my new house. I would recommend Lavinia to anyone, she is the best!

Lavinia worked tirelessly and kept us updated on all aspects of the process. Our sale was very complicated but she stayed with it and got our property sold!! Fantastic job
