There were a lot of homes on the market at the price point I was looking for. Unfortunately; there was also plenty of buyers looking for home at or about that same price point. Laverne was very patient as went from home to home trying to find the right one to fit our needs. She was also very knowledgeable of the market trends at the time as far as suggesting competitive bids on the homes in certain communities. She was very helpful working with the attorneys and lenders to make sure all documents, inspections, fees, etc were completed in a timely manner.
